Water Color Paints (preferably liquid)
Eye Droppers
Coffee Filters
Chenille Stems
Scissors
Cover your work surface with several layers of newspaper so as not to damage anything.
Step Two
Lay coffee filters out on the newspaper. Begin to drip the water colors on to the filters with the eye droppers. If you do not have liquid water colors, you can use a paint brush and regular water colors, just be sure to add a lot of water.
Step Three
Let them dry completely. Then you can “scallop” the edges into a flower shape.
Step Four
Layer several of the painted coffee filters on top of one another then bunch them in the middle and secure with a chenille stem.
