What You Need
Colorful Plastic SpoonsLollipops
1” wide Strips of Muslin or Other Fabric
Googlie Eyes
Glue
Tape
How You Make It
Step One:Place one lollipop in each spoon and secure with tape.
Step Two:Tape one end of the muslin strip to the bottom of the handle. Then, let your preschooler wrap the fabric around the spoon and lollipop until you get to the top. Secure by either tucking in the end or gluing or taping.
Step Three:
Part the fabric and glue on googlie eyes. Let it dry.
Variations
